Yes, you can talk to a real person!
We are always in the shop during these hours, packaging
orders and helping customers. If, for some reason, you don't
get through on the phone, please leave us a message and
we will call you back as soon as possible. We enjoy talking
about the pinewood car derby, so please give us a call if
you have any questions.
It may be a little bit more difficult to get through on
the phone during the months of December and January. During
these months we receive hundreds of phone calls every day.
During these busy times, we may not be able to return every
phone call simply because of the business volume. So, we
do ask your patience during the busy time of the year. If
you don't get through, please consider using our secure
online store. You can also send your order via regular mail.

of entering your payment information, just print the order
form, showing the items you want to order and the final charges.
