These axles are a MUST! Each set of axles is made using the parts found in the Official BSA® Grand Prix kit. Thunderbolt speed axles have a trade marked anti-friction groove that reduces friction and also serves as a graphite storage bin, to help keep your wheels lubricated throughout the entire race. The head of each axle has also been slightly tapered to further eliminate friction. They require only a slight touch up polish and they are ready go! Speed Tip: For top performance use the 1 micron ultra fine grit sandpaper found in our Axle Polishing Kit.
