The THUNDER BOLT SPEED AXLES are a MUST HAVE for the seasoned derby racer. Say "Good Bye" to performance robbing crimp marks and burrs!! We've done all of that work for you. We have Derby Worx take our Official BSA® kit axles and CNC machine the Thunderbolt Speed Axles with our trade-marked anti-friction groove that reduces friction and also serves as a graphite storage resivor to help keep your wheels lubricated throughout the entire race.  Each axle is turned to remove crimp marks, burrs, and surface defects, PLUS the axle head is back angled (to reduce friction) helping your pinewood derby car speed to the finish line. Each axle has also been lightly polished. The only thing you need to do is give them a final touch up polish and they're ready to race.
