The SPORT COUPE 394 is designed to look like a real hot rod! The large cavity drilled in the bottom of the car removes a large portion of the weight from the middle of the pinewood derby car. This in turn enables you to move that weight to the rear of the car, which will make it go faster. Now you can have a realistic hot rod that is rear weighted as well. Each car comes equipped with Axle slots for a standard wheel base and holes pre-drilled for our lead wire or tungsten cylinder weights.  Wheels and axles are sold separately to give your car that winning edge!
