We've done all of that work for you. We have Derby Worx take our Official BSA® kit axles and CNC machine them.  Each axle is turned to remove crimp marks, burrs, and surface defects yet maintain the maximum diameter for a stability, PLUS the axle head is back angled (to reduce friction) helping your pinewood derby car speed to the finish line. Each axle has also been lightly polished. The only thing you need to do is give them a final touch up polish and they're ready to race.
