Yes, you can talk to a real person! We are always in the shop during these hours, packaging orders and helping customers. If, for some reason, you don't get through on the phone, please leave us a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. We enjoy talking about the pinewood car derby, so please give us a call if you have any questions.
It may be a little bit more difficult to get through on the phone during the months of December and January. During these months we receive hundreds of phone calls every day. During these busy times, we may not be able to return every phone call simply because of the business volume. So, we do ask your patience during the busy time of the year. If you don't get through, please consider using our secure online store. You can also send your order via regular mail.
Important Message: We will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible, when you contact us via email or phone/voicemail. If you do not receive an answer within 2 business days, then we did not receive your message, or something happened which prevented you from receiving our response back to you.
To pay by check or money order (please do not send cash)
To place an order through the regular mail service, pretend you are going to place the order on-line. Click on all of the items you want to order. Allow the system to calculate shipping and tax charges (if any). However, instead of entering your payment information, just print the order form, showing the items you want to order and the final charges. Mail these pages with your check or money order to the address shown above. If you would like an email confirmation when we receive your order, please provide a valid email address with your order.
